My vehicle registration is not recognised. How can I order tyres from TyrePlus?
If you have a personalised number plate or your licence plate was not recognised, please search for tyres by tyre size. Your tyre size will be printed on the sidewall of your existing tyre.
I booked and paid online and now require a refund how can I arrange this?
No problem, if for any reason you change your mind or you encountered a problem with your tyre order, please contact our customer services team on 0800 169 5875 who will be able to help resolve and/or reimburse you for your booking.
I have booked and paid online but have not received an email confirmation?
If you have completed your order and didn’t receive an email confirmation, please contact our customer services team on 0800 169 5875 who will check your identity and resend to your chosen email address.
I have ordered the wrong tyres for my vehicle while completing an online booking. What should I do?
Please contact our customer services team as soon as possible on 0800 169 5875 who will be able to correct your order or cancel if necessary.
My tyre has developed a fault, can I have a refund?
If your tyre has developed a fault as a result of a manufacturing error, your tyre is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. Your tyre will be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturer discovers a fault exists you will be refunded the full amount.
My new tyre is damaged, can I return it?
If your tyre has become damaged due to driving conditions (e.g. an impact, pothole damage or puncture due to road debris) you would not be entitled to a refund or replacement. However, if your tyre has developed a fault as a result of a manufacturing error, your tyre is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.
What does your four wheel alignment check include?
Four wheel alignment can be added as an optional extra during checkout. Our four wheel alignment package includes the inspection and any adjustment required to the front toe. If any further adjustments are required including rear wheel adjustments then further charges will apply but staff at the fitting partner will inform you of any additional charges before work is carried out.
I booked a four wheel alignment online but upon arrival at your fitting partner my car needed no adjustments. Can I get a refund?
Yes, provided the results of your alignment inspection report show that no front toe adjustment was required, we will happily refund you for your four wheel alignment purchase. Please contact our customer services team on 0800 169 5875.
