What does the mobile fitting service include?

When you book a mobile fitting appointment with TyrePlus you'll receive everything that you get with a standard fitting appointment at one of our fitting partners, only we'll come to you. The mobile fitter will provide fitment of your new tyre, a new valve, wheel balancing and environmental disposal of your old tyre. Wheel alignment is not available as an Optional Extra with mobile fitting as this requires the vehicle to be placed on a ramp.

I donít have a driveway, can I still use your mobile tyre fitting service?

Absolutely, we are able to change your tyres on almost any flat road provided our van can get close, be it on a busy street or in a car park. If you are parked on an inclined surface, we made need to move your vehicle to a flatter location.

Is there anywhere that the mobile fitters cannot fit tyres?

Please note we do not provide a recovery service and cannot change your tyres on a motorway, dual carriageway or anywhere else that presents a danger to you, the mobile fitter or members of the public. If necessary, the mobile fitter will ask you to move the vehicle to a safer location.

Geographically our mobile fitting service covers most parts of the UK except selected remote areas and islands. To find out if we cover your fitting address, visit our mobile fitting page.

Further Information

Will your mobile fitters attempt to repair a tyre before replacing it?

Yes! You will need to purchase a new tyre online and when the mobile fitter arrives for your appointment they will first examine the old tyre. If the mobile fitter finds the old tyre meets the British Standard for safe puncture repair (BS AU 159) they will repair the tyre rather than replace it. Your new, unneeded tyre will be returned and a refund actioned for the price of the tyre minus the cost of puncture repair.
