ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order. These terms tell you who we are, who you are contracting with, how the service will be delivered to you and how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

1.1 This website is operated by Tyreplus.co.uk Limited, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, and having its registered address at Unit E2 Chesford Distribution Centre, Chesford Grange Warrington, Lancashire, WA1 4SZ ("tyreplus", "us", "we" or "our" )

2. OUR BOOKING SERVICE

2.1 Through this website, we provide an online platform through which the products and services of third party providers of tyres and fitting services ("Suppliers") are advertised, and through which users of the website can make such reservations. By making a purchase and reservation through the website, you enter into a direct legally binding contractual relationship with the Supplier. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the Supplier in relation to any purchase you make, transmitting the details of your purchase and reservation to the relevant Supplier(s) and sending you an order confirmation email for and on behalf of the Supplier.

2.2 Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our booking services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information displayed on our website is accurate, complete or correct. Each Supplier remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, and completeness of the information (including the price and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification of any Supplier (or its facilities, venue, products or services) made available.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1 You may place an order to purchase products and fitting services advertised for sale on this website by following the on screen prompts after clicking on the item you wish to purchase. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you place your order by clicking the “Confirm card details” button.

3.2 If you submit an order for goods and services via this website by clicking the “Confirm card details” button your order is an offer to buy the goods you have ordered on this site.

3.3 Your order will be accepted when we email you to accept it by sending you an order confirmation email (Order Confirmation), at which point a contract will come into existence between you and the Supplier identified in the summary order screen.

3.4 If your order cannot be accepted, we will inform you of this and you will not be charged. This might be because product is out of stock or because there are no fitting appointments available or, because we have identified an error in the price or description shown on the website.

4. SELECTING THE RIGHT TYRES

4.1 When selecting your tyres from our website you need to carefully check that you have ordered the correct tyres for your vehicle. If when you arrive for your fitting appointment it becomes apparent that the incorrect tyres have been ordered by you, you will need to discuss with the Supplier if they have the correct tyres in stock and if these can be supplied in place of the products ordered. All such changes to the contract will be subject to the Supplier's terms and conditions. If the correct product is not in stock it may be necessary to reschedule the fitting appointment. 5. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL ANY ORDER

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, or to the fitting appointment or you wish to cancel your order please contact Customer Services

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT

6.1 All pricing on this website is in pounds sterling and is inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. Unless explicitly stated, the cost of fitting any parts purchased is included in the price.

6.2 The final price payable by you for the product and the fitting service will be the price indicated on the order page that is shown to you immediately before you place your order on our website. It will also be set out in your Order Confirmation.

6.3 We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit and Maestro. All payments must be made at the time the order is placed.

6.4 We facilitate payment for products and services you order for and on behalf of the Supplier who is the merchant of record. Payment is processed from your credit/debit card through a third-party payment processor.

7. OTHER TERMS

7.1 If a court finds part of these terms illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

7.2 Which laws apply and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by English law. and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
